Chinese ride-sharing giant Didi will unveil a vehicle called the D1 on November 16, a poster released by the company today showed.

This comes on the heels of media reports that Didi plans to work with BYD to create a test batch of vehicles designed for the ride-hailing service, called the BYD Qin D1, which will go on sale in mid-December.

As Bitauto (NYSE: BITA), the Chinese Internet car service provider founded by Nio (NYSE: NIO) founder William Li Bin, reported last week, one of the highlights of the car is the asymmetrical door openings, with a side-sliding door on the right side and a traditional door opener on the left.
