My Favorite Deals On Tires And Tools From The Past Week

deals best of 1006

We had a great week of deals while being within spitting distance of Prime Days. We started the week with tool deals from Ace Hardware. This M18 Compact Brushless Drill and Impact combo comes with two 2Ah batteries, a charger, and a case for $239 but also includes a free 5Ah battery—and I know how much you guys love free batteries. So much so that I did another post with free batteries, but this time with Ryobi power tools from the Home Depot. I was excited that this one has a few deals below the $100 mark, even a cordless ratchet, with two batteries for just $79.99 which is a steal.

Next, it was more tools, but this time mechanic’s tool sets. Gearwrench, Craftsman, and a few other brands all have crazy-low prices on complete sets for beginners, as well as more specialized kits for those who already have the basics. There’s even a set of Craftsman screwdrivers like the ones that I think were issued to every suburban household in the late 1900s. They may not be the most ergonomic tools ever made, but they are super nostalgic.

I closed out Friday with deals from the TireRack, on you guessed it, tires. But not just tires. Besides being able to save hundreds of dollars on sets of Bridgestone, Firestone, Hankook, Goodyear, and more, there are also deals on suspension and brake upgrades.
