The logo is also the visual design of the Jidu brand, which is inspired by the robot car and combines the concept of “Pixel” with the letter “J”, meaning “Pixel-J “, according to the company.
The “Pixel-J” symbolizes the entrance to the future, using pixels as the basic particles to convey the new connection between people and machines, and the future, Jidu said.
The design is bold and novel, considering its asymmetrical design is not a mainstream Chinese aesthetic.

Jidu was officially launched on March 2, 2021, and will build models based on Geely’s Sustainable Experience Architecture (SEA) platform and Baidu’s technology in the area of autonomous driving.
At the Baidu Create developer conference on December 27, 2021, the company’s founder, chairman and CEO Robin Li said Jidu will unveil its first concept car robot in the first half of 2022, with mass production and delivery in 2023.
