Tesla FSD price has risen to $10,000 in the US-CnEVPost

Tesla’s Full Self-Driving (FSD) set of features now costs $10,000 to get, up $2,000 from before, according to Tesla’s US website.

However, only the US price has changed, and this may be related to the beta version of FSD that has just been released to a small number of customers.

Tesla’s FSD price has been steadily increasing, from $5,000 to $6,000 last May, then to $7,000 in November, and to $8,000 in June of this year.

Tesla CEO Elon Musk has said that the FSD could be “over $100,000” and will keep going up until true autopilot is reached.

Last week, following Musk’s announcement that the US version of the FSD software will soon increase in price, Tesla’s vice president of external affairs Grace Tao said on Weibo today that the FSD in China will not be increasing in price at this time.
